Upon acceptance, authors will receive instructions to complete the Open Access publishing agreement. All articles in Nursing Target Journal are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, which allows non-commercial use, distribution, and adaptation of the work, provided the original source is properly cited. Authors retain full copyright. Importantly, Nursing Target Journal does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC); all stages of peer review, production, and open access publication are provided free of charge to authors.
Contributor Publishing Agreement: Prior to publication, the corresponding author must sign the Contributor’s Publishing Agreement on behalf of all authors. Authors requiring an alternative Creative Commons license to meet specific funder requirements must inform the editorial office at the time of acceptance.
Preprints: If the accepted manuscript was previously posted on a preprint server, authors must update the preprint with a link to the final published version once it is available on the Nursing Target Journal website.
Production and Proofing: Authors will be notified as their article progresses through production. Page proofs will be sent to the corresponding author for final review. This is the last opportunity to verify author names, affiliations, funding statements, and conflict of interest disclosures. No changes to authorship or major content will be permitted after proof approval.
Publication: Accepted articles are published online immediately upon completion of production, assigned a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI), and made freely accessible to all readers worldwide. There are no page limits, embargoes, or publication fees.
Promoting Your Article: Authors are strongly encouraged to promote their published work through academic platforms, social media, institutional websites, and professional networks to enhance its visibility, readership, and citation impact. Nursing Target Journal supports post-publication dissemination and encourages authors to actively engage with the scholarly community.
