Nursing Target Journal (NTJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes high-quality research covering all aspects of nursing, midwifery, and patient care across a wide range of specialties and related health disciplines. NTJ strives to be a premier global outlet for nursing scholarship by fostering the exchange of ideas that inform education, clinical practice, healthcare leadership, and health policy.
The journal provides an inclusive platform for contributions in nursing research, education, administration, leadership, operations, and interdisciplinary collaboration. It welcomes submissions from authors across the globe.
At Nursing Target Journal, our mission is to publish sound, ethical, and reproducible science. We prioritize research that adheres to internationally recognized ethical standards, employs transparent and robust methodologies, and uses appropriate statistical analyses to ensure clear, credible, and trustworthy findings. Rather than focusing solely on novelty or perceived impact, NTJ evaluates manuscripts based on the quality, integrity, and rigor of the research process—how the study was designed, conducted, and reported.
NTJ follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process and imposes no limitations on content based on thematic scope or page budgets. All accepted articles are published open access, ensuring immediate, unrestricted access to nursing professionals, researchers, and educators worldwide.
NTJ is an online only journal, published continuously two volumes a year (January-June, and July -December) and all articles do not have page numbers; instead, they are given a unique article number. Nursing Target Journal accepts original articles (qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods), reviews (narrative review, scoping review, systematic reviews with or without meta-analysis and bibliometric studies), editorials, opinions, and correspondence articles.
