OncoIntelligence Journal: Advancing the Future of Oncology through Scientific Excellence and Intelligent Innovation

Abbas Salihi1,*ORCID

OncoIntelligence is established as a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to advancing research at the intersection of cancer biology, oncology, and artificial intelligence. From the beginning, our mission is to provide a high-quality academic platform for innovative, rigorous, and clinically relevant scholarship that can contribute to progress in cancer diagnosis, biomarker discovery, treatment planning, therapeutic decision-making, and precision oncology.

We believe that a journal should do more than publish articles. It should help shape scientific dialogue, encourage critical thinking, and support the translation of research into meaningful clinical impact. For this reason, OncoIntelligence is being developed not only as a publication venue, but also as a platform for discussing the most important and rapidly evolving topics in the field. We aim to welcome research and perspectives on hot areas such as tumor biology, immuno-oncology, multi-omics, digital pathology, AI-assisted diagnosis, predictive modeling, biomarker development, and intelligent treatment strategies that may accelerate the discovery of new approaches for cancer prevention, detection, prognosis, and therapy.

Quality, integrity, and strategic development will define the journal from its earliest stages. We are committed to careful editorial screening, constructive and expert peer review, strong publication ethics, and international scientific relevance. Our goal is to publish research that is original, methodologically sound, ethically responsible, and capable of making a meaningful contribution to both science and patient care. We want OncoIntelligence to become a trusted journal for authors, reviewers, and readers who value depth, rigor, and real impact.

The journal is also being built with a clear long-term vision. We aim to establish OncoIntelligence as one of the most effective and respected peer-reviewed journals in its field by maintaining strong editorial standards, attracting high-quality submissions, and promoting international collaboration. In parallel, we will work strategically toward meeting the quality and publishing standards required for evaluation by leading indexing systems such as PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. Achieving visibility in these databases is an important part of our commitment to ensuring that the research published in the journal is discoverable, credible, and widely accessible to the global scientific community.

As part of this commitment, OncoIntelligence will align its editorial practice with recognized international standards of research and publication ethics, including COPE guidance and the ICMJE Recommendations. By doing so, we seek to foster a journal culture built on transparency, fairness, editorial responsibility, and scientific trust.

We warmly invite researchers, clinicians, computational scientists, and translational investigators from around the world to contribute to this mission. Through scientific excellence, intelligent innovation, and a strong commitment to quality, OncoIntelligence aspires to become an influential voice in modern oncology and a meaningful contributor to the global fight against cancer.
